I offer private and semi-private classes in the Seattle Metro that are grounded in iRest yoga nidra meditation and are designed to integrate mind and body. These classes train you to reconnect with and ultimately restore you back to your true self. Classes are intentionally sized to allow for comfort, effectiveness, and development of independent practice skills. Generally each class begins with a warm-up and hatha yoga segment, then a 30-45 minute meditation follows, and we end with a open forum for discussion.
