Our sessions follow a therapy format that is tailored to your specific needs and my clinical skillset. I approach each client’s difficulties with the strong belief mindfulness is critical to developing the awareness to self-healing. I incorporate knowledge of how early developmental experiences have a profound effect on our lives, how understanding our past experiences is often essential for growth, and how these early influences affect clients' lives today. In addition to these Western psychotherapeutic principles, I incorporate concepts of yoga and yoga philosophy. I also support other holistic modalities as complements to individual psychotherapy.
 

You can expect each individual session to be 45 to 55 minutes in length with various components such as in-depth exploration, writing assignments, breathing exercises and/or meditation. I do not accept all private health insurance, but can provide you with documentation for you to pursue insurance reimbursement. Payment can be made using cash, credit card, or Paypal. Professional therapy isn't cheap, but good help is an investment like the help of a good esthetician, doctor, or attorney. I'm confident that I can support you in taking control of your difficulties instead of letting them have control over you.
